The Application is developed and published by ISOFT for information systems. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, ISOFT for information systems may be referred to as "we", "us", "our", or the "Service Provider".

1. Purpose of the Application

Cervo Driver is a delivery-driver application that enables authorized drivers to receive, manage, and complete delivery assignments and communicate operational delivery information with the Cervo Delivery platform.

Certain information, including location information, may be required for delivery operations, driver status, assignment management, navigation-related functionality, and delivery tracking.

Depending on how the Application is configured and used, we may collect or process the following categories of information.

3. Location Information

The Application may collect and process your device's precise location when location functionality is enabled and permission has been granted.

Location information may be used to:

• determine the driver's current operational position;
• support delivery assignment and dispatch operations;
• track the progress of an active delivery;
• assist with pickup and delivery workflows;
• calculate operational distance or estimated arrival information;
• display driver availability or operational status;
• support safety, fraud prevention, and service integrity;
• maintain operational and delivery records.

Depending on the features enabled for your driver account, location may be processed while the Application is visible on screen and, where permitted by the device operating system and authorized by the user, while certain delivery-related functionality continues in the background.

Location access is used for delivery-service functionality and is not intended for unrelated advertising purposes.

You may manage location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location permissions may prevent some driver features from functioning correctly or may prevent the Application from performing delivery-related operations.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information processed through the Application for legitimate operational purposes including:

• providing and operating the driver service;
• authenticating users and maintaining account security;
• assigning and managing deliveries;
• tracking active delivery operations;
• communicating delivery status;
• providing customer and driver support;
• maintaining service reliability;

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information.
